Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Mandarins 2 pieces
- Pears 2 pieces
- Heavy cream 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
Step 2
Peel the mandarins and remove the seeds, separating them into segments.
Step 3
Wash the pears, dry them, remove the core, and slice them thinly.
Step 4
Drizzle the fruits with lemon juice.
Step 5
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, adding cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste.
Step 6
Mix the whipped cream with the fruits.
Step 7
The fruits can be arranged in dessert bowls and topped with whipped cream.
