Description
A mix of winter berries and 'middle-class' fruits, each of which comes with a plethora of health legends about its benefits, alongside talks of their taste qualities. But for New Year’s, taste is still the most important thing.
Ingredients
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Blackberry 5 oz
- Papaya flesh 5 oz
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Cashew 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 12 pieces
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Salad mix "Eats" 5 oz
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Grapeseed Oil 0 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips. Cut the strawberries into quarters. Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Remove the black seeds from the papaya, peel it, and slice it thinly. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Whisk together the maple syrup and lemon juice, gradually adding the oil, and beat all the ingredients into a thick sauce. Season with cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Transfer everything to a deep bowl, sprinkle with cashews and dates, and drizzle with sauce.
