  • Dry White Wine ½ cup
  • Honey 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Zest ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed salad greens 5 oz
  • Peach 1 piece
  • Nectarine 1 piece
  • Raspberries 5 oz
  • Mint to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blend all the dressing ingredients in a blender until the dressing is smooth. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

Step 2

Just before serving, place a handful of greens on each plate. Slice the peach and nectarine and arrange them on top of the salad greens.

Step 3

Sprinkle with raspberries. Drizzle with the lemon-honey dressing and garnish with mint leaves.
