Ingredients

  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Fresh Berries 8 pieces
  • Green Apples 1 piece
  • Milk 25 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel two bananas, cut them into pieces, and place them in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

Cut a whole medium-sized green apple (or half of a large one). The apple should be peeled; also take 7–8 berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries — to your taste).

Step 3

In a blender bowl, combine the apple, berries, frozen banana, and pour in the milk.

Step 4

Blend the mixture with a mixer and pour into glasses.
