Frisée Salad with Radishes and Hazelnuts

Description
As an option, you can add some crispy bacon to the dressing. You can also include a few slices of sautéed bacon directly in the salad before serving.
Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 2 pieces
- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Radish 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the hazelnuts in vegetable oil for two to three minutes.
Step 2
Then, combine the nuts, the oil they were roasted in, the juice of half a lemon, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a blender, and blend everything into a fragrant puree.
Step 3
Slice the radishes thinly, tear the frisée lettuce into small pieces by hand, and mix it with the dressing and radishes.
