- Garlic 2 cloves

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms thinly, finely chop the garlic, and sauté both together in a mixture of butter and olive oil in a skillet for three minutes, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms should develop a light caramelized crust but should not be fully cooked.
Step 2
Add the salad mix to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, stir, and remove the skillet from the heat after twenty seconds.
