- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms 15 oz
- Arugula to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, slice them into small thin pieces, and place them in a heated skillet.
Step 2
When the mushrooms are halfway cooked, add salt, pepper, and pour in the soy sauce. Fry until the liquid evaporates and a golden crust forms on the mushrooms.
Step 3
Mix the cooked mushrooms with arugula and finely chopped green onion in a salad bowl.
