Ingredients

  • Zucchini 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 3 pieces
  • Green Beans 15 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Cold-pressed Flaxseed Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Olives 1 can
  • Turmeric 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place a skillet on the heat and pour in sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, add turmeric to the skillet and stir for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add the green beans to the skillet, stir, and cover with a lid. After 10 minutes, remove from heat.

Step 3

Slice the cucumbers and zucchini. Chop the bunch of herbs.

Step 4

Cut the olives in half.

Step 5

Combine everything in a large salad bowl. Add the flaxseed oil.
