  • Capers 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix 2 teaspoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Chop into small pieces and transfer to a sieve to drain excess liquid.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped cucumber, finely chopped herbs, green onions, herbs, finely chopped peppers, and capers. Add the tomatoes and mix well.

Step 3

For the dressing, in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, zest, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste if necessary. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
