Ingredients
- Carrot 10 oz
- Napa Cabbage 10 oz
- Jicama 10 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the cabbage, then peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater or cut it into thin strips. Peel the jicama and slice it thinly as well.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the vegetables and salad dressing, add the mustard, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
