
Fresh Salad with Mushrooms and Adyghe Cheese

Feel free to change the dressing — olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or vinegar — whatever suits your taste.
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 15 pieces
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
- Olive Oil to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Mixed salad greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg, season with salt and pepper. Dip the cheese in the egg, then in the flour.
Step 2
Fry the cheese, then place it on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Step 3
Quickly sauté the mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil on both sides, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (I used a mix of porcini mushrooms and herbs).
Step 4
In a bowl, place the salad mix, halved tomatoes, randomly chopped cucumbers, mushrooms, and pieces of cheese.
Step 5
Dress with soy sauce. Toss to combine.
