Ingredients
- Lamb's Quarters 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the lamb's quarters.
Step 2
Then rinse well, and blanch in salted water until tender.
Step 3
After that, drain in a colander, cool, and chop.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion, sauté in sunflower oil, then cool and mix with the prepared lamb's quarters.
Step 5
Transfer the ingredients to a salad bowl and drizzle with vinegar mixed with crushed garlic.
