- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Vinegar essence ½ tablespoon

Wash and peel the cucumbers, then slice them thinly and place them in a salad bowl.

Just before serving, lightly salt the cucumbers, sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle with sour cream mixed with salt and vinegar. Top with dill.
