Fresh Cabbage Salad with Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- White Cabbage 15 oz
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken in salted boiling water and cook for 15–20 minutes until done. Remove the chicken from the water and set it aside to cool.
Step 2
Finely shred the cabbage (without the core), place it in a deep bowl, and season with salt. After a few minutes, massage the cabbage with your hands to soften it.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into pieces and add it to the salad bowl.
Step 4
Add the grated cheese and mix everything together.
Step 5
Dress with yogurt and mix again.
