Fresh Bok Choy and Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 10% cream 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Celery salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Baby Bok Choy 20 oz
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Spanish onions 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the bok choy to yield about 6 cups. Core the apple and cut it into matchsticks. Peel the carrot and also cut it into thin matchsticks or grate it on a coarse grater. Thinly slice the onion.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and a bit of black pepper.
Step 3
Add the bok choy, apple, carrot, and red onion to the dressing. Mix well.
