Fresh Avocado and Seed Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower Seeds 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the sunflower seeds in a hot skillet for two to three minutes until ready. Transfer to a plate to cool.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and fresh cucumber coarsely; tear the lettuce; slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Finely chop the pickles and cut the avocado into small cubes.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing: in a small jar with a lid, mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cover with the lid and shake.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix all the vegetables with the lettuce leaves and dressing.
Step 6
Sprinkle with toasted seeds.
