Optionally, you can add 1/2 an orange.
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Prunes 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pickles 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken in salted water, cool it down, and chop it finely.
Step 2
Fry 2 onions in oil until crispy. Slice the pickles lengthwise.
Step 3
Mix the cucumbers and onions with the chopped chicken, then add the finely chopped dried apricots and prunes. Do not salt. Dress with mayonnaise and add pepper.
