- Thyme 0 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots, julienne them, and marinate for 2 days. To prepare the marinade, mix water, vinegar, wine, mustard, and vegetable oil. Add salt, sugar, chopped parsley, thyme, bay leaf, crushed garlic, and pepper. Heat over the fire, but do not boil.
