Description
Dry wine can be replaced with semi-dry or sweet wine, which will affect the sweetness of your drink. It is preferable to include all spices, but I recommend adjusting the quantity to the chef's taste. It warms a sore throat and the soul on a cold winter day. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Apple juice with pulp 0 qt
- Dry White Wine to taste
- Pickled Apples 5 oz
- Cinnamon 8 pieces
- Candied fruits 0 oz
- Ground clove 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the apple juice with the apples and spices.
Step 2
Boil for 3–5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into glasses, leaving space for the apples and wine.
Step 4
Add room temperature white wine to taste. It is preferable not to boil the wine, as all the alcohol will evaporate.
Step 5
Distribute the apples, ginger, and cinnamon sticks into the glasses.
