  • Escarole 1 piece
  • Comté Cheese 5 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
  • Blue Cheese 5 oz
  • Cream 0 fl oz
  • Roquefort cheese 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Paprika 2 teaspoons

Step 1

Wash the leaves of endive and escarole and tear them into pieces.
