Forrest Gump Cocktail
Ingredients
- Sorrel 0 oz
- Raw cane sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Ice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Muddle the sorrel with coarse cane sugar in a 300 ml mixing glass.
Step 2
Fill a glass completely with crushed ice.
Step 3
Pour in vodka and floral honey.
Step 4
Wait about 20 seconds for the chlorophyll to be extracted from the sorrel, stirring the mixture with a bar spoon.
Step 5
Using a strainer, pour everything into two shot glasses (each with a capacity of 50 ml), placing a raspberry with a drop of floral honey inside each glass beforehand. Serve immediately.
