Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Espresso 15 fl oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix sugar and hot coffee. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add 240 ml of milk. Cover and place in the freezer for 8 hours.
Step 2
Move to the refrigerator for a while to let it soften slightly. Add the cream and lightly whip with a mixer on low speed until fluffy. Divide into tall glasses, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and serve.
