Ingredients
- Milk 2 cups
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Orange zest 32 pieces
- Instant coffee ½ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the milk, chopped chocolate, small pieces of zest, coffee, and nutmeg. Place over low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
Step 3
Return to heat, bring to a boil again, and whisk once more.
Step 4
Remove the zest and cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Before serving, bring to a boil again, whisk, and pour into cups.
