  • Heavy cream 15 fl oz
  • 10% cream 10 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • White Beans 1 piece
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Star anise 2 pieces
  • Coca-Cola 25 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Combine heavy cream, 10% cream, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and mix well.

Step 3

Add vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and star anise. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly to prevent the milk from scorching.

Step 4

Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 6

Then use an ice cream maker according to the instructions. Make the ice cream and place it in a container, then freeze overnight.

Step 7

Remove the ice cream 10 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.

Step 8

Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 9

Scoop several balls of ice cream into the glass. Carefully pour Nuka-Cola into the glass. Gently stir and serve.
