Fish Salad with Fried Onions

Ingredients

  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 0 lbs
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Navy Pollock 0 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the fish. Cool and separate from the bones.

Step 2

Wash the carrot, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil. Cool.

Step 3

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients, season with salt to taste, and dress with mayonnaise (about 100 grams to prevent the salad from becoming too runny).

Step 5

Place the salad on a flat oval dish in the shape of a fish. Use a tablespoon to create 'scales' and use olives for the eyes.

Step 6

Refrigerate the salad for 2–3 hours.
