- Crayfish 5 pieces
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- White fish 10 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Quail Egg 5 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the crawfish in salted water, adding herbs. Clean and drizzle the crawfish tails with lemon juice.

Boil the fish fillet and break it into small pieces.
Step 3
Toast the peanuts in a dry skillet and chop them. Then combine with sour cream and mix well.

Hard boil the quail eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.
