Fish and Crawfish Salad
Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Crayfish 20 pieces
- Eel 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Mayonnaise 15 oz
- Cucumbers 6 pieces
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fish, crawfish, and eggs, then peel them.
Step 2
Cut the fish into large cubes and the eggs into quarters.
Step 3
Slice the cucumbers and lettuce into thin strips, dress with most of the mayonnaise, and mix well. Add the fish, eggs, and crawfish meat, reserving some for garnish. Pour the remaining mayonnaise over the top, add sugar, and mix.
Step 4
Garnish the salad with crawfish tails, slices of boiled eggs, and lettuce leaves.
