Ingredients

- Goat cheese 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil until soft. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar, and simmer for another two to three minutes.
Step 2
Place the figs on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with fried onions and garlic, as well as grated goat cheese. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 355°F for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Serve, for example, with ice cream.
