- Green Figs 10 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 5 cups
- Asparagus 1 bunch
- Aioli Sauce 5 oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Prosciutto 5 slices
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the asparagus in boiling water for two minutes, then cut each stalk lengthwise.
Step 2
Sauté the sliced prosciutto in a well-heated pan until slightly crispy.
Step 3
On plates, arrange the mixed salad greens, asparagus, prosciutto, figs cut into 6-8 wedges, and drizzle with aioli sauce. Crumble the goat cheese on top.
Step 4
Place halved soft-boiled eggs on top of the salad.
