
Fig and Pear Salad

Description
This is a quick salad option. You don't have to do much. Just chop and drizzle with dressing. You can use olive oil or skip it, whichever you prefer. This time I used cheese that is not purely goat, but has 20% goat milk content. I prefer to make it with soft chèvre.
Ingredients
- Green Figs 4 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats to taste
- Pistachios to taste
- Pears 2 pieces
- Corn Salad to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the salad and dry it.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small pieces.
Step 3
Chop the figs randomly.
Step 4
Peel the pears and slice them.
Step 5
Shell the pistachios.
Step 6
Mix the honey and oil.
Step 7
Arrange the salad leaves on a plate.
Step 8
Top with all the other ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
