Feta Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Microgreens to taste
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel and dice the avocado. Add salt.
Step 3
In a salad bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce and avocado.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix olive oil and herbes de Provence.
Step 5
Add lemon juice and pepper. Stir well.
Step 6
Dice the cucumbers. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 7
Add the cucumbers and tomatoes to the salad.
Step 8
Add pieces of feta cheese to the salad.
Step 9
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Step 10
Thinly slice the onion into half rings and add to the salad. Garnish with microgreens and serve.
