Fennel Salad with Oranges and Olives
Ingredients
- Fennel 20 oz
- Oranges 5 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Pitted olives 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fennel, cut it lengthwise into 4 parts, and thinly slice it crosswise. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments. Add them to the fennel, squeezing any remaining juice in as well.
Step 3
Add the parsley, sliced olives, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve.
