Fennel Salad with Oranges
Ingredients
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Oranges 5 pieces
- Fennel 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the roots off the fennel. Cut each bulb into 4 lengthwise, remove the core, and slice thinly.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges, removing the skin and white pith. Cut them in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Add to the bowl with the dressing, squeezing in all the juice.
Step 4
Add the fennel and mix well.
