Ingredients
- Fennel 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Mix sour cream, the juice of one lemon, vinegar, and finely chopped dill, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly. Place in a sieve and sprinkle with salt and sugar. Let it sit for ten minutes, then transfer to a plate and add the finely sliced fennel. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with a sprig of dill if desired.
