Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt ½ cup
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Celery salt ½ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 20 oz
- Fennel 1 piece
- Clear Apple Juice 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrot and cut it into julienne strips. Thinly slice the fennel. Core the apple and cut it into small pieces or julienne strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, vinegar, celery seeds, salt, and tarragon.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the fennel, carrot, and apple. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
