- Coarse Salt to taste

- Sugar a pinch
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Fennel 1 piece
- Roasted Peanuts 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apple and slice it thinly. Finely chop the fennel and lettuce.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Then slowly add the olive oil.
