  • Honey 2½ teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Plums 3 pieces
  • Fennel ½ head
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds to taste
  • Fennel fronds 2 stalks

Step 1

To prepare the fennel and plum salad, mix the orange juice, honey, 1 teaspoon of ginger, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Add the plums and fennel, and stir. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes to develop a richer flavor.

Step 3
