
Fennel and Apple Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Description
Salted almonds can be made at home. Chop the blanched almonds into pieces and spray with salted water. Spread on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius. Remove from the oven when the almonds are lightly toasted.
Ingredients
- Fennel 10 oz
- Pickled Apples 10 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step 1
Chop the almonds into pieces. Dice the fennel and the cored apples.
Step 2
Mix the fennel and apples, add the yogurt mixed with olive oil. Serve the salad in small bowls and garnish with fennel fronds.
