Ingredients
- Bananas 5 oz
- Celery stalk 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Apple 5 oz
- Eel 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the bananas, cut them lengthwise into two halves, carefully remove the pulp and cut it into strips. Clean and slice the celery, apples, and lettuce into strips. Slice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together and add mayonnaise. Serve the salad in a salad bowl or in the banana peels, garnishing with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
