Ingredients
- Beans 1 piece
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Eel 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the banana and cut the flesh into strips.
Step 2
Peel the celery and apple, and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Cut the lettuce in the same way, and slice the tomato thinly.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Place the salad in a serving bowl or in the banana peels, and garnish with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
