Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Rum 3 tablespoons
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the eggs under running water. Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar, add milk. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and add rum.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the milk mixture with a spatula.
Step 3
Pour into tall glasses and optionally top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
