- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Sourdough Bread 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Bouillon cube 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the French bread into 6 pieces, about 1-1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Remove the soft center from each piece.
Step 3
Fry the pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Dissolve the bouillon cube in a glass of boiling water.
Step 5
Melt the butter.
Step 6
Add flour and mix well.
Step 7
Add the bouillon.
Step 8
Next, add the sour cream and bring to a boil. Pour into a baking dish.
Step 9
Place the pieces of bread in the dish.
Step 10
Crack eggs into the center of each piece and add salt.
Step 11
Place in the oven.
Step 12
Bake at 355°F for 20-25 minutes.
