Description

Any type of lettuce leaves will work. The bread crust cut out can be toasted and used for breading.

Ingredients

  • White bread 2 slices
  • Avocado ½ piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Green Butter 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Butter ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Salt a pinch
  • Lemon ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut out the center of one slice of bread to create a window.

Step 2

Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet and toast the whole slice of bread on both sides until golden brown, then place it on a paper towel.

Step 3

In the same skillet, without adding oil, place the second slice of bread and toast it on both sides until golden brown, then crack the egg into the cut-out window and fry it until cooked.

Step 4

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it thinly.

Step 5

Squeeze juice from the lemon, and drizzle half of the juice over the avocado.

Step 6

Drizzle the lettuce leaves with olive oil and the remaining lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss.

Step 7

On the toasted whole slice of bread, layer the lettuce, avocado slices, salmon, and top with the slice of bread with the egg.
