Egg Salad
Ingredients
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Ramiro Pepper 5 oz
- Napa Cabbage 5 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Step 2
Do the same with the ramiro peppers. Combine the ingredients.
Step 3
Add the roughly chopped herbs.
Step 4
Add the roughly chopped napa cabbage.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped iceberg lettuce.
Step 6
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them to the salad.
Step 7
Boil the eggs hard and cool them in cold water.
Step 8
Cut them into small cubes and add to the salad.
Step 9
Add salt.
Step 10
Dress with mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 11
Mix and serve.
