Description
If there are fewer than ten guests, prepare two eggs per person plus an additional two. If there are more than ten guests, add five more eggs. You can make the mayonnaise from scratch.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cool them down, peel, and chop finely.
Step 2
Finely chop the green part of the onion.
Step 3
Combine the onions and eggs, add mayonnaise (which can be made from scratch), salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
