Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Scallions 1 bunch
- White bread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and allow them to cool (preferably by placing them in cold water). Cut the eggs in half, separate the yolks from the whites, and mash the yolks well with butter. Finely chop the whites, mix with a small amount of mustard, and then add the yolks.
Step 2
The resulting pâté is spread onto a slice of bread and topped with chopped green onions.
