Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Scallions 0 oz
- Chicken offal 5 oz
- Chicken skin with fat 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the offal: cut the stomachs, remove food remnants and the inner membrane, carefully cut out the gallbladder from the liver, and thoroughly clean the heart from blood.
Step 2
Then rinse the offal, boil until cooked in salted water, cool, and finely chop.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and chop.
Step 4
Wash the green onion, dry it, and chop (chop the onion).
Step 5
Combine all ingredients, season with salt to taste, mix, and drizzle with chicken fat.
