Ingredients
- "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the champignons over medium heat for 10 minutes, then add finely chopped onion and grated carrot, and sauté for another 7-8 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small cubes, add diced bell pepper, the sautéed mixture, season with salt and pepper, and dress with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
