Description
For the citronette dressing, dissolve salt in lemon juice using a whisk, then add olive oil and whisk everything together.
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Oranges 0 oz
- Rabbit Fillet 5 oz
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Spices to taste
- Cheese Spread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly pound the duck fillet, rub with spices, and sear on all sides. Leave it in the pan and cover with a lid.
Step 2
Peel the oranges, separate into segments, and completely remove the membranes. Cut each segment in half.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Dress the mixed salad greens with the citronette and place in the center of the plate.
Step 5
Add the oranges and cherry tomatoes.
Step 6
Remove the duck from the pan and cut into small pieces, placing them on the salad.
Step 7
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 8
Add balsamic sauce.
