  • Duck Breast 10 oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips 1 sprig
  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Capers to taste
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Chop the arugula coarsely.
